The journey to obtain the Boomerang begins with the game's extensive trading quest. Players must start by winning the Yoshi Doll in Mabe Village and continuously exchange key items with quirky characters around the island.

This multi-step trading chain eventually yields the Magnifying Lens as the final reward. Without this key vision-granting item, the figure guarding the Boomerang remains completely invisible and unreachable.
